Trendy Divva wish to make sure that you can shop with confidence, and therefore has put in place a no-hassle return process. Trendy Divva accepts returns for credit only on items that have sizing issues (apparel and footwear only) or items that are faulty or not what you ordered, when possible Trendy Divva will try to exchange your item for a different size. Credit for returns will be refunded once they arrive in our warehouse office and after inspected by operation and the VM Team. Your refund request and credit will be processed within maximum of 72 hours from the date we have confirmed you that the return is acceptable.

Please read below for the terms of acceptable returns:

1. Trendy Divva accepts returns on apparel and footwear for store credit only in the case of improper sizing or fit. Trendy Divva must receive the merchandise within 15 days from the date item was delivered to you. Items must be unused, not altered, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. In order to facilitate the credit process, please return items in their original packaging, including: hangers, poly bags, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes, dust bags, eye glass cases and gift boxes.

2. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted on the following items:
     ->  Accessories
     ->  Beauty Products and Fragrances
     ->  Handbags
     ->  Hosiery
     ->  Leather goods
     ->  Swimwear
     ->  Wallets
     ->  Watches
     ->  Lingerie

3. If the return is due to a sizing or fit issue (on apparel and footwear only), it is the member->s responsibility to pay for return shipping as per actual and arrange the same. If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will arrange for a return that will allow you to return the items without having to pay for delivery charges.

How to return an item:

Should you wish to return all or part of your order, you must notify us within 3 working days from the date you receive your product. To return an item, the customer must write to us at care@trendydivva.com  detailing the item for return and the return reason. A prompt response is assured to such mails. Alternatively, the customer may call our customer care number 09818880343 which remains open 24X7. We will arrange for return shipping of your order and will coordinate you to arrange for pickup. Please bear in mind that it may take 2 -> 7 working days for the product to reach our Order Processing Center. If Trendy Divva is not satisfied with the product received for any reason we may provide you with the option to exchange at our sole discretion or we reserve the right to reject the return. If we reject the return, we will send the item back to you at no cost.TOP

Exchanges:

When possible, Trendy Divva will strive to exchange your product for another size. Although we do hold stock, due to our limited quantities and popular sales, exchanges are not always possible. If we cannot offer you an exchange for any reason, we will provide you with Trendy Divva credit.TOP

Refund Information:

All acceptable returns are refunded on arrival in our warehouses after having been inspected by our team. We offer only store credits for returns. We may take up to 72 hours to confirm the status of your return after it has been received at our warehouse. If you have used credits to pay for all or part of your order, these will be refunded to your Trendy Divva account. Cancelling an Order:

You may cancel an order if we have not yet shipped the product from our warehouse. We make every attempt to ship on the same day you purchase. To cancel, please call 09818880343 which remains open 24X7 or try to write us at care@trendydivva.com TOP
