  • Do I need to create an account to place an order?
    1. No, You do not need to create an account to place an order and can checkout as a guess.  nbsp;Though we highly suggest that you make one, as this will allow you to view your order history and status.
      1. Your past shipping details will also be saved that will make your transactions smoother and quicker.
      2. You will also be able to see your purchase history and their details in your account.
      3. You can also choose to be part of our newsletter which will keep you up to date with our latest trends, promotions and new arrivals
      4. Become part of our loyalty program and enjoy great benefits.
  • I don’t want to receive any emails from you, what should I do?
    1. You can unsubscribe from our emails by going to the subscribe/Unsubscribe link in my account under newsletter.
  • Is all my personal information safe?

  • What to do in case of forgotten password?
    1. Don’t worry, Here’s what you need to do:
      1. Click the Forgot your Password link available on the login page.
      2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
      3. An email will be sent to the associated email address with a temporary password. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it or contact our customer care.
      4. You can use this password to sign in temporarily and change your password in my account.
  • How do I determine which size would best fit me?
    1. You can use the size guide link on the product page next to the size option or in the footer links.
      This guide will display the different sizes and conversions of different products, which will help you, figure out the best fit for you.
  • What can be done if the size is out of stock?
    1. If the size that you require is out of stock, you can contact our customer care team.
      They will happily check if it is available in our stores or let you know when it may become available.
  • How do I apply a coupon?
    1. Coupon can be used in your shopping bags by putting in the code in the given option.
      It will immediately take affect and show you the discounted total price.
  • Can you gift-wrap my order for me? (Available Soon)
    1. Yes, we can gift wrap your order for you at an additional charge of Rs 50.
      You can choose the gift-wrap option in your shopping cart along with a message during checkout.
      All payment methods except cash on delivery can be used to pay for the same.

  • Return/ Exchange Policy
    1. Trendy Divva stands behind the quality of its entire product range. We want to give you no reason to return a product and try to make your shopping experience with us enjoyable. Although If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you can simply return it back within 15 days of its original ship date.
      Details of our return and exchange policy include:
      1. Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase in their original conditions with original tags and packaging.
      2. The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged or otherwise unused and in no way should have been altered.
      3. In case of returns we will credit the amount you paid for the products in your Trendy Divva account. This can be used to purchase anything from our website of the same value.
      4. If return or exchange is due to error on our part, you will get replacement at our cost.
      5. All items must be sent in our return bag and box along with the return form completed.
      6. Exchange of size is subject to availability of the item in our stock.
      7. All items are subject to a quality check once returned. If any of the products do no pass our check, they will be returned to you at your own cost.
  • How does Trendy Divva's return/ exchange policy work?
    1. 1. If you wish to exchange or return a product please fill in the return form in the footer links or contact our customer care to create a return/exchange request.
      2. We will then let you know if a pickup can be arranged in your pin code. In most locations we offer a pickup service for your return. This service is free of cost only for orders above Rs 999 and can be used only once. If you wish to return a product for the second time, a charge of Rs 100 is applicable. In other cases, products can be self shipped by you for which we will credit Rs 100 in your trendy divva account.
      3. Once the request has been made, please pack the products in the grey bag and box provided along with original tags and packaging. In case of self-shipping, please use reliable couriers. If it is a second time return, a charge of Rs 100 will be taken before the pick up.
      4. Once we receive your return, it will go through a quality check. If the return passes our quality check, the amount paid by you will be credited back into your Trendy divva account. If the product does not pass our quality check, it will be returned back to you at your own cost.
  • How long does it take for a return to reach you?
    1. We will pick up a return within a maximum of 72 hours after which it can take:
      Up to 7 days if picked up by our service.
      Up to 15 days if self shipped.
  • How long will it take for the return process to take place?
    1. Once we have received you order, we will take a maximum of 2 days to process it. This means that the product will first go through our quality check. If it passes our check, the amount you paid will be credited to your Trendy divva account.

  • Shipping Policy
    1. We try to deliver your order to you in the best condition and in the fastest time possible. If your purchase is above Rs. 1499 or more, we will deliver the product to you free of cost. On all other orders a charge of Rs. 75 is applicable.
      1. If the order is lost or un-delivered to your location, we will refund the complete amount you paid including any shipping charges.
      2. If you wish to return an order or cancel part of it, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • How do I track the status of my order?
    1. We will notify at every step via email so you know every little of movement of your order.
      1. You can also track the status of your order in your Trendy Divva account.
      2. An AWB number will be provided to you which can be used to track your shipment through the courier company’s website.
  • How long will my order take to arrive?
      i>On placing the order, a summary including the estimated delivery time will be sent to you via email.
      The standard time of our delivery methods are also below:
      1. Standard delivery takes from 5 – 7 days
      2. Fast delivery takes 2 -3 days. (Available Soon)
  • What are the shipping charges?
    1. If your purchase is above Rs 1499 or more, we will deliver the product to you free of cost. On all other orders a charge of Rs 75 is applicable for standard delivery.
      We also offer a faster mode of delivery, which is available at a cost of Rs 150.
  • How are my orders delivered to me?
    1. At Trendy Divva we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. That’s why we use a mix of reliable courier partners to get your products to your location in the most efficient way possible.
  • How can I find out if you deliver to my POST Code?
    1. Trendy Divva delivers all over India including all the major cities. We try and deliver in every corner of the country but due to certain restrictions are unable to deliver to some areas.
      If you are unsure about your pin code or area, please contact our customer care team before placing your order.
  • Do you deliver outside India?
    1. At this point, we are unable to deliver our products outside of India.
  • What if the product is not delivered in the given time?
    1. Sometimes deliveries may take longer due to factors outside our control. These include bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases our team will reach out to you and inform you of the issue.
      1. If your delivery is late and you do not hear from us, please contact us and we will credit you with any delivery charges that you may have paid.
      2. If the order is lost or not delivered, either a refund or a replacement can be requested.
  • Cancellations/ Refund

  • I want to cancel my order, what do I do?
    1. In case you want to cancel your order you can write to us at Help@trendydivva.com. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. If we receive your cancellation request before the order has been dispatched, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount. You will get a confirmation mail from our side when the cancellation process is complete, this will take maximum of 24 hours. Once the order is processed or dispatched, no changes can be made to it.
  • Can I modify my order or my shipping details?
    1. You can modify any details or order itself before it has been dispatched. To do so please write to us on Help@trendydivva.com
  • How to request a refund?
    1. If you wish to receive a refund, please contact us on Help@trendydivva.com with the reason and the following details:
      1. Order Number
      2. Bank Name
      3. Account holder name
      4. Bank account number
      5. Branch Address
      6. IFSC Code

      If asked for a refund the amount will be credited back into the account used to make the payment or NEFT within 7 – 10 working days.
      In case of cash on delivery, since no payment has been made, no amount will be refunded.

  • How can I pay for my order?
    1. We have a number of payment options available for you to make your transaction smoother and faster.

      4. Cash on Delivery available in selective pin codes (See delivery)

  • How does your COD option work?
    1. COD refers to Cash On Delivery. It doesn’t matter if you don’t want to use your credit/debit card or use Internet banking. You have the option of paying for the purchase at your doorstep. Just place your order and make cash payment upon the delivery of your order.
      The cash-on-delivery option is only available for orders between Rs 999 and Rs 9,999.
  • I cannot see cash on delivery option during checkout?
    1. Cod is not available in your pin code.
      Your order is either below Rs 999 or above Rs 9,999.
  • What to do if my payment fails?
    1. Please recheck your details including account, billing address and try again. If you are still unable to make a payment, please contact your bank or choose the cash on delivery option.
      If the payment fails but money has been debited from your account, please wait 7 – 10 working days for it to show in your account. For any other details please contact your bank.
  • What is VAT?
    1. VAT or Value Added Tax is an indirect tax under the Indian taxation system.
      It is applicable when products are on sale and are not sold at the Maximum Retail Price or MRP.
      VAT amount will also be refunded to your Trendy Divva account in case of cancellation and refund.
