How Do I Determine The Correct Size For Me?

In order to find the right size for you, simply press the SIZE CHART button on the product page and you'll get to know the exact measurements of each size for the said product. You can match your measurements with the ones on the size chart and buy the perfect size for you. The best indicator of your size is generally the bust measurement though do not neglect waist and hips entirely.

What Happens If A Product Is Out Of Stock?

If the size that you require is out of stock, simply go to the page of the product you want and press the size you require. Then click the Notify Me link that appears and enter your email id. You will be immediately notified once the product is that size is back in stock.

Can You Gift Wrap My Order For Me?

What Are The Shipping Charges?

We at Trendy Divva believe that shopping online should be as easy and convenient as shopping from your favorite retail store and therefore we do not charge our customers anything for shipping on orders of all value.

How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

Generally, it takes around 3-9 working days for your order to be delivered depending on your location. In case you wish to check the status of your delivery you can do so by by using "Track Order" functionality under "My Orders" section of your account.

How Do I Track The Status Of My Order?

We will notify you at every step via email so you know every little movement of your order. If you still wish to see the status of your order you can do so by into your account on Trendy Divva Website. Once logged in, click on "My Orders" tab and press the view order button for the order you wish to track. Here you can see the exact status of your order and by clicking the Track your Order button you will be taken to a detailed tracking page of your order.

You can also track your courier through the track your order link in the bottom of the page. Simply open the link and add the AWB number provided to you and you will get a detailed report about where your order has reached.

How Can I Check If You Deliver To My Pin Code?

You can check the serviceability of your pin code on the product page itself. Simply put in your pin code in the box labelled check availability at on the product page and you will get all the information about the services available at your pin code. In case we don't deliver to your pin code, you can get in touch with our customer care who will try their best to get your order sent to you.

What Happens If My Shipment Does Not Get Delivered On Time?

CANCELLATION

What Is The Trendy Divvas Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel an order until it has not been dispatched from our Warehouse (check status on Website). Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode used while making the payment.

Can I Cancel An Order After Shipping?

Once the orders have been shipped, they cannot be cancelled therefore we would request you to tell us as early as possible about possible cancellations.

I Just Cancelled My Order. When Will I Receive My Refund?

In case of COD, no amount is refunded as you haven't paid for your order. For payments made online you will receive the refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation. If payment was made by credit points then, refund will be initiated into credit points within 48 working hours of your order cancellation.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

What Is Trendydivva's 15 Day Return & Exchange Policy? How Does It Work?

Trendy Divva stands behind the quality of its entire product range. We want to give you no reason to return a product and try to make your shopping experience with us enjoyable. Although If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you can simply return or exchange the product within 15 days of its original ship date.

Details of our return and exchange policy include:

1. Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase in their original conditions with original tags and packaging.
2. The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged or otherwise unused and in no way, should have been altered.
3. In case of returns we will credit the amount you paid for the products in your Trendy Divva account. This can be used to purchase anything from our website of the same value.
4. If return or exchange is due to error on our part, you will get a free replacement at our cost.
5. Exchange of size is subject to availability of stock.
6. All items are subject to a quality check once returned. If any of the products do no pass our check, they will be returned back to you.
7. In case you wish to return an item, which has a free gift/offer associated with it, then you will have to return the free product as well 

How Do I Return A Product On Trendydivva?

You can return products purchased from Trendy Divva within 15 days of receiving the product. To Create a 'Return Request' simply go to the returns tab under your account and create a new return request. You will only be able to return an order once it has been marked delivered. Please make a note of the Return ID that we generate at the end of the process. We offer pick-up facility in most locations basis though if reverse pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us.

If our pick-up facility is available at your location we will initiate a reverse pick up. Once the request has been made, please place the product in a packet along and keep the packet ready for pickup. Please also make sure that the product is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Reverse pick-ups can normally take 2-4 days so please make sure that somebody is there to handover the product to our staff. In case you are unable to handover the product, the pick-up will be attempted two times again after which it will be cancelled. The pick-up will then be chargeable and would have to be paid online. After receiving the product at our warehouse, it will be examined by our quality team. Once your product has been approved by our quality staff, we will initiate the refund process.

In case the Pick-up service is not available at your pin code then, please self-ship the product to us. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs (up to INR 150) into your Trendy Divva account in form of store credits provided you share scan copy of the courier receipt with us. Please pack the product properly and use a reliable courier. Kindly also write the return Id as well as the order no on a piece of paper and place it in the packet as well. Please see the package to the address mentioned below. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your return request on the Website.

Exchanging a product is as easy as placing an order on our website. What Are Store Credits? How Do I Use Them?

Store credits are issued to you in case of refunds and are valid for up to 1 year from the date of issue. These can be used to purchase anything from our website and will be automatically deducted from your total amount.

How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive The Refund Of My Returned Product?

Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes all the necessary quality checks, we will issue a refund to you. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once we process the refund at our end, and it will take 3-4 business days for the amount to be credited into your Trendy Divva account.

My Order Failed But Money Was Deducted From My Account, What Should I Do?
