You can cancel an order until it has not been dispatched from our Warehouse (check status on Website). Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode used while making the payment.

Once the orders have been shipped, they cannot be cancelled therefore we would request you to tell us as early as possible about possible cancellations.

In case of COD, no amount is refunded as you haven't paid for your order. For payments made online you will receive the refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.

Trendy Divva stands behind the quality of its entire product range. We want to give you no reason to return a product and try to make your shopping experience with us enjoyable. Although If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you can simply return or exchange the product within 15 days of its original ship date.

Details of our return and exchange policy include:

1. Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase in their original conditions with original tags and packaging.
2. The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged or otherwise unused and in no way, should have been altered.
3. In case of returns we will credit the amount you paid for the products in your Trendy Divva account. This can be used to purchase anything from our website of the same value.
4. If return or exchange is due to error on our part, you will get a free replacement at our cost.
5. Exchange of size is subject to availability of stock.
6. All items are subject to a quality check once returned. If any of the products do no pass our check, they will be returned back to you.
7. In case you wish to return an item, which has a free gift/offer associated with it, then you will have to return the free product as well.

You can return products purchased from Trendy Divva within 15 days of receiving the product. To Create a 'Return Request' simply go to the returns tab under your account and create a new return request. You will only be able to return an order once it has been marked delivered. Please make a note of the Return ID that we generate at the end of the process. We offer pick-up facility in most locations basis though if reverse pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us.

If our pick-up facility is available at your location we will initiate a reverse pick up. Once the request has been made, please place the product in a packet along and keep the packet ready for pickup. Please also make sure that the product is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Reverse pick-ups can normally take 2-4 days so please make sure that somebody is there to handover the product to our staff. In case you are unable to handover the product, the pick-up will be attempted two times again after which it will be cancelled. The pick-up will then be chargeable and would have to be paid online. After receiving the product at our warehouse, it will be examined by our quality team. Once your product has been approved by our quality staff, we will initiate the refund process.

In case the Pick-up service is not available at your pin code then, please self-ship the product to us. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs (up to INR 150) into your Trendy Divva account in form of store credits provided you share scan copy of the courier receipt with us. Please pack the product properly and use a reliable courier. Kindly also write the return Id as well as the order no on a piece of paper and place it in the packet as well. Please see the package to the address mentioned below. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your return request on the Website.

Exchanging a product is as easy as placing an order on our website. If you wish to exchange a product for any reason with the same or other product on our website, simply return the product purchased using the return procedure mentioned above and use the credits refunded to you to purchase the product you want from on our website. Once we receive your product at our warehouse and has passed our quality, we will initiate the dispatch of the replacement product from our end. The entire process will take around 5-9 working days. An email & SMS will also be sent on your registered mail & phone number to keep you posted.
