Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email is sent to you along with the consignment/tracking number, commonly referred to as the AWB number. You may track your order through our order shipment email which provides a direct link to track your order or Alternately, you can go to the service provider's website, Type in the tracking number provided in the mail in the Tracking section and check the status.
Once you are sure about the product you wish to buy, select the size, colour and click Add to cart or Buy now. Once you go to the checkout page, you can enter the coupon code in the Discount Code area and click Apply. You coupon will be applied and you will be able to see the change in the price below.

Trendy Divva offers a 15 day return & exchange policy that allows you to return or exchange your product for any reason within 15 days from the delivery of the product. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer this service at all pin codes at the moment so incase your pin code is unserviceable, you can self ship the products to us. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs (up to INR 100) to you in the form of a coupon. Please pack the product properly and use a reliable courier. Kindly also write the return Id as well as the order no on a piece of paper and place it in the packet as well. Please see the package to the address mentioned below. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse.

To complete your return, Please ensure the following:

1. Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase in their original conditions with original tags and packaging.
2. The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged or otherwise unused and in no way, should have been altered.
3. If return or exchange is due to error on our part, you will get a free replacement at our cost.
4. Exchange of size is subject to availability of stock.
5. All items are subject to a quality check once returned.
6.If any of the products do no pass our check, they will be returned back to you.
7. In case you wish to return an item, which has a free gift/offer associated with it, then you will have to return the free product as well.
8. You will only be able to return an order once it has been marked delivered.
9. In case the items handed over to the courier person don't match the details of the items mentioned in the Return request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you.
10. Both return and exchange on the same order should be done in one same go to avoid complications.
11. If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-7 days.

We make three attempts to pick up the item. If the item is not picked up in the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed. If you still need to get your product picked up, kindly contact us on our customer care number
For any defective, damaged, incomplete, wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received. Please share the images with the original labels and tags intact along with the invoice to Help@tdfashions.in and we will investigate the case and reply within 48 hours with the best available resolution.

Any such complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.
Generally, our courier partner delivers the order to the intended recipient at the delivery address only. In case, you have not received the order, we request you to contact us on our customer care number or email id within 48 hours of the delivery intimation from our end. We shall arrange a proof of delivery for you within 48 hours of your complaint from the aligned courier partner. Any complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the delivery intimation may not be considered.
We ship all orders within 24 hrs from the time we receive it. Once the order has been dispatched, it can take upto 5 days to be delivered depending on your location.

Yes, COD option is available on purchases up to a limit of Rs. 6000, beyond which purchases can only be made using Netbanking or Credit card/Debit card.
You can cancel an order until it has been dispatched from our Warehouse. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
